How I Work
You own everything.
All accounts, systems, and tools we develop together are yours forever. This means you cover all hosting and subscription costs outside my fee.
We can stop/start any time.
No long-term contracts here. We can work together for a few weeks, few months, or a few years. Switch between active development and support-only as priorities shift.
You'll always know what's going on.
Meetings, video, Slack, email, text — I use as many channels as I need to make sure you're always in the loop.
I'm part of your business.
While I may be a fractional hired gun, I aim to be an integral part of your business plan. I want to know your team, your customers, and what I can do to help.
I don't use subcontractors.
You are paying for and getting me — always.
About
Hi, I'm Tyler. 👋
I build AI + automation systems for businesses.
Before AI happened, I ran my own business where I managed 25+ employees, 300+ recurring customers, and built an entire software stack with hacked together tools like Airtable, Coda, Make, Zapier, Slack, Front, Twilio, & more.
Next, I moved into consulting, where I built custom Airtable systems for Fortune 500 companies (many I was very proud of).
Then in November 2025, Anthropic released Opus 4.5 and I could suddenly build anything.
So I set off on a mission to help mid-sized companies install custom AI + automation into their operations. AI can unlock so much at work, but unfortunately, it's often peddled by people who don't really understand the tech, or business, which leads to predictably terrible results.
I aim to be the opposite — practical advice and systems, designed + built with 2 feet planted firmly in the real-world reality of how your business works today, and how you'd like to work going forward.
FAQ
Do you consult or build?
Both. I dig up all the "why's" behind a business process, design AI/automation to help that process work better, then build, install, and test the new system.
What industries / types of companies do you work with?
Any really. I've worked with companies of every size and shape — manufacturing, retail, events management, logistics, commercial + home services, real estate, and more. My work touches every corner of a business: data, automation, sales, marketing, management, operations, etc.
What if our company has never/barely used AI or automation?
Great — no time like the present. We'll start with a full walkthrough of all the options on the market, then I'll recommend the AI + automation setup I think would be the best fit for your company. I believe less-is-more regardless of where you fall on the tech spectrum.
What tech do you use?
I design systems around the tools that are already core to your team's workflow and aim to minimize subscription bloat — we'll only introduce new tools that are necessary for what we're trying to achieve. I often incorporate Mug, an AI automation platform I built.
